I don't think we'd ever claim elite. That is for others to say or not to say. IMO, Claim your elite and think your elite and that quickly leads down the road of finding out the hard way you most certainly are not elite.
However... we are capable and do have a fair bit of ingenuity in discovering ways to be a pain in the behind for caldari militia.

Shouldn't this be considered griefing and harassment? This is supposed to be a game, and it is supposed to be fun.
First the Caldari NPC Navy is gamed by these guys so they don't show up to defend our pilots, and now they are just ganging up on our plexers, this is not fair.

I am going to defend FOOM on this one, this is war and they are going after one of the most succussful Caldari pilots that hurt the Gallente. Its not harrassment or greifing its war. At least this time FOOM are not cheating or using questionable tactics to do so. Or did they use a neutral to rep their ships killing Daniel? Petition it!

But I think you missed the memo implications. Nuetral being the tank is the exploit, not nuetral repping the tank.
There is a difference. Firing on one is a concordable action. Its possible to fire on the second without being concorded if done properly.

If you're going to make a self-glorifying thread, try to not be so obvious about it next time. The whole "Well check out or K:D ratio" thing didn't work for BoB, and it's not going to work for you guys.
It wasn't a FOOM alt afaik. My guess is that it was Daniel Jackson himself!
